Crystal Reports not open after restart IIS

Can anyone help me for this Issue. I restarted the IIS after that I cant open some reports. But I cant open some other module reports. It shows the error as

"CryatalDecision.Shared.CrystalReports:Load report failed--> Syaytem.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException(0X8000003E5): Failed to open report. at CrystalDecision.ReportAppSever.ClientDoc.ReportClientDocumentClass.Open(Object& DocumentPath, Int32 Options) at CrystalDecision.ReportAppSever.ClientDoc.ReportClientDocumentWrapper.Open(Object& DocumentPath, Int32 Options) ReportAppSever.ClientDoc.ReportClientDocumentWrapper.EnsureDocumentIsopen() -- End of Inner exception "
