Show Consolidate Result in Footer.

Hi Friends,

    I want to show the consolidate total amount in footer of the report. the datas must be comes date calculation. The requirement / data is

Description   Date                Amount

Test            01/10/2014       500

Test2          01/12/2014       600

..

Test10       01/28/2014        700

The Result in Footer is like

 Current - 7 days   8-14 days     15-21 days   22-30 days   above 30 days

       750                300               350             110                0

Please any one help me to fix this.
