An error has occurred while attempting to load the Crystal Reports runtime.

I deployed a website in visual studio 2008 and publish on windows 7 machine. This works fine and there was no problem.

But today I am trying to publish the website on Windows Server 2012. Website published successfully. But when I open any crystal report then the following error occurs. Please note that I first install the CRRedist2008. but after some searching I installed 64bit 13.0.1 crystal report which created another folder SAPBussinessObjects in program files (x86). But the problem is still remains. Should i have to uninstall the previous one? or there is some other solution? Please help urgenlty if possible.

Either the Crystal Reports registry key permissions are insufficient or the Crystal Reports runtime is not installed correctly.

Please install the appropriate Crystal Reports redistributable (CRRedist*.msi) containing the correct version of the Crystal Reports runtime (x86, x64, or Itanium) required.  Please go to http://www.businessobjects.com/support for more information.
