Some Users Cannot Print

Hello, I am getting reports from some (2) users that say they cannot print reports from the Crystal viewer. The reports work fine from my machine and 3 others I have tested it on. My machine and the problem machine are both Win764bit using IE9. It does not work in any browsers on the problem computer. I am using the PDF print mode. The Crystal Reports Viewer is using stock settings.

Any Suggestions?
