Crystal Error

I am trying to get a development environment set up with a solution that uses Crystal Reports to view xls and pdf reports.

Each time I attempt to run a report i get this error:

Either the Crystal Reports registry key permissions are insufficient, or the Crystal Reports runtime is not installed correctly. Please install the appropriate Crystal Reports redistributable (CRRedist*.msi) containing the correct version of the Crystal Reports runtime (x86, x64, or Itanium) required.  Please go to http://www.businessobjects.com/support for more information."}

My os is WINXP Pro 32 bit and i have installed this runntime: CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_3.msi from http://downloads.businessobjects.com/akdlm/cr4vs2010/CRforVS_redist_install_32bit_13_0_3.zip

Been struggling with this for hours..

Any idea of what's wrong?
