dynamic reporting tool

I need an dynamic reporting for asp.net web site,user have following permossion to do:

 Query – I would have the ability to build new queries as needed for future reports and access on the old query that are using into the old reports.

Report – they could build in a way that we could edit them in the future and I would need the ability to design and access new reports.

Is microsoft have such type of reporting tool that fullfill the above requirement?
