The type initializer for 'CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.ReportDocument' threw an exception.

Hi,

I am using visual studio 2010 and crystal reports of version 11.5 on windows server 2008 64 bit OS.

I am gettign following error message on line

ReportDocument

reportDocument =newReportDocument();

The type initializer for 'CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.ReportDocument' threw an exception.

Can anybody help me on this.
