Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2015 Image display issues

I have upgraded existing Visual Studio 2010 application to 2015. Installed Crystal Reports from the following link Support Pack 18(executable) on Windows Server 2012 R2.

I tried to view the existing reports on localhost but it doesn't show images(like calendar etc). It shows (x). It's not Red X(black and white). I tried the following suggestion from this article but it still doesn't show the image.

I see the calendar.gif exist in the folder. Please let me know if there are any suggestions. aspnet_client/system_web/4_0_30319/crystalreportviewers13/prompting/images/calendar.gif
